In order to ensure the highest quality, we have quality control at every step from the selection of crystal materials to the delivery of products, which makes the quality assurance system fully integrated into the whole process. Our goal is to ensure that every product produced passes strict quality tests, such as appearance, dimensional tolerance, surface quality, parallelism, spectral characteristics, etc. We believe that quality control is the most important step in the manufacturing process of crystal products.
In the darkroom, we illuminate the crystal with a light source and visually observe defects inside and outside the crystal material. The appearance detection mainly detects the wrapping points, clouds, microbubbles inside the crystal and scratches, chips outside the crystal. We also use the optical microscope to observe the surface of the crystal to ensure that the product meets the customer's surface quality requirements.
We can accurately measure the dimensions of the product through micrometers, vernier calipers, and thickness gauges or imaging instruments.
Our X-ray directional tester can be used to accurately test the machining surface of the crystal, which is used to determine the accuracy of the machining direction of the crystal.
ZYGO interferometer and angular instrument can be used to accurately inspect the flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity of the crystal.
We have photomultiplier tubes(PMT), SiPM, and multichannel analyzers (MCA) for energy resolution testing of scintillation crystals, scintillator arrays, and scintillator radiation detectors to ensure their good performance.
